We will demonstrate the advancements in size exclusion separation based on UPLC using data analyzed from polymer protein complexes, comparing it with HPLC data. Additionally, we will analyze monoclonal antibodies containing multivalent aggregates by connecting ACQUITY UPLC BEH SEC columns with pore sizes of 200 Å and 450 Å, showcasing the benefits obtained. 【Application Benefits】 ○ Compared to conventional HPLC-based SEC, improved separation of high molecular weight proteins up to 1.8 MDa. ○ In the analysis of monoclonal antibody aggregates containing dimers and higher-order multimers, the separation range is expanded by connecting the BEH450 SEC column with the BEH200 SEC column.
